Erotic Beast' initially accompanied a performance art piece presented by Jazmine Rose Philips at the opening of FECK:ART, an exhibition of sexually charged contemporary art in association with the Melbourne Fringe Festival. It was later released as part of 'Breath and Shivering', a selection of works created in relation to live art and performance.
